Аннотация

Tashqi savdo iqtisodiy taraqqiyotning eng muhim jihatlaridan biri bo‘lib, Markaziy Osiyo iqtisodiyotining rivojlanishi savdoga juda bog‘liq hisoblanadi. Global miqyosda jadal iqtisodiy o‘sishga qaramay, dengizga chiqish imkoniyati mavjud emas mamlakatlar hanuzgacha jahon bozorlariga kirishda bir qator to‘siqlarga duch kelishmoqda. Shu munosabat bilan, mazkur tadqiqot savdo ochiqligi va inson kapitalining 1995 yildan 2021 yilgacha Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlari iqtisodiy taraqqiyotiga ta'sirini o‘rganadi. FMOLS va DOLS metodikasi orqali elektr energiyasi iste'moli, savdo ochiqligi, aholi o‘sishi, to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalar va inson kapitali sezilarli darajada iqtisodiy o‘sishga hissa qo‘shadi. Shu o‘rinda ta’kidlash lozimki, axborot texnologiyalarining takomillashib borishi Markaziy Osiyo mamlakatlaring iqtisodiy taraqqiyotga erishishini ma’lum bir darajada pasaytiradi. Siyosat vakillari tomonidan erkin savdo kelishuvlarini, soliq yukini kamaytirish siyosati va ta'limni yanada rivojlantirishga urg‘u berish orqali iqtisodiy o‘sishni barqarorlashtirish mumkinligi tavsiya etiladi.
