<p>Creating practical mechanisms for the development of scientific-practical research and innovative developments and the modernization of production, the implementation of technical and technological updating processes, in order to ensure a stronger connection between science and production, as well as innovative cooperation between scientific research organizations and real sector enterprises In order to establish cooperative relations, the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-916 dated 15.07.08 <strong>"On additional measures to encourage the implementation of innovative projects and technologies"</strong>, a number of tasks are set before higher educational institutions .</p> <p>In order to solve these tasks, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 11.10.06 No. 214 <strong>"On further improvement of the procedure of state registration of mass media in the Republic of Uzbekistan"</strong> was thoroughly studied. In the second paragraph of the first chapter of this decision entitled "General Provisions", mass media means the periodical distribution of mass information with a permanent name and in printed form (newspapers, magazines, newsletters, bulletins, etc.) and (or) in electronic form (television, radio, video, newsreel programs, websites on public telecommunication networks) is understood as the form that is published or broadcast at least once every six months, as well as other forms of periodic distribution of information. The decision of the Scientific Council on the establishment of a scientific electronic journal ">" was adopted.</p> <p>In this electronic scientific journal, authors are recommended to focus their articles on the innovative development of industry, infrastructures, transport and communication construction, further reform of the banking and financial system and increase its stability, the continuation of long-term structural changes, and ensuring the further increase of the competitiveness of the innovative economy. .</p> <p>Nowadays, scientific electronic journals are widely introduced in leading foreign universities. With the formation of the information society, the weight of electronic mass media organized on the basis of websites in public telecommunication networks is increasing. The introduction of this type of publications into wide practice not only increases the speedy delivery of information, but also leads to efficient use of paper. The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 155 of 22.07.10 on "<strong>Additional measures for saving and rational use of paper in the Republic</strong>" reduces the consumption of paper in the processes of rapid resolution of management system, local and inter-sectoral issues. it was noted that information and communication technologies are being widely introduced. The electronic document exchange system is being widely used in practice, and the network of interactive services of the state and organizations is expanding. <p>This article examines the economic efficiency of intuitive decision-making within corporate governance. In conditions of heightened uncertainty and excessive information flows characteristic of the modern economy, top management’s strategic intuition is analyzed as a critical determinant of corporate capitalization. The study demonstrates the dual nature of intuition, showing that it may simultaneously generate either a “visionary premium” or a “governance discount.” The paper proposes the Analysis-to-Intuition Ratio (AIR) coefficient and a hybrid decision-making model. The findings indicate that intuition ensures economic efficiency only when combined with managerial expertise and analytical filters. The article concludes with practical recommendations for systematizing intuition within corporate governance frameworks in Kazakhstan.</p>Dmitriy Yagudin

<p>This study examines liquidity and financial risk management mechanisms in cotton ginning enterprises operating in Uzbekistan, based on official financial statements and field-based evidence. Using balance sheet data from two representative cotton ginning plants over the period 2021–2024, the research evaluates key liquidity indicators alongside capital structure dynamics.</p> <p>The empirical results reveal that, despite temporary improvements in the current ratio in certain periods, quick and absolute liquidity ratios remain persistently low. This indicates limited real payment capacity and the presence of structural cash flow constraints within the enterprises. Furthermore, a strong reliance on debt financing combined with an insufficient equity base significantly increases financial risk and amplifies vulnerability to short-term liquidity shocks.</p> <p>The findings demonstrate that liquidity problems in cotton ginning enterprises are not temporary or cyclical, but are rooted in the structural characteristics of production and financial operations. Taklif etilgan tadqiqot modeli baholash uchun Analitik Ierarxiya Jarayoni (AHP) va Strukturaviy Tenglamalar Modellashtirish (SEM) statistik tahlil usullari qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot doirasida birlamchi va ikkilamchi ma’lumotlar tizimli ravishda yig‘ildi hamda tadqiqot savollariga javob topish uchun ularning natijalari integratsiya qilindi. Empirik natijalar marketing ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish eng muhim omil sifatida baholanganini, undan keyin esa eksportni boshqarish ko‘nikmalari muhim o‘rin egallaganini ko‘rsatdi. Bundan tashqari, AHP yoki SEM orqali olingan miqdoriy tahlil natijalari strategik marketing yo‘nalganligi boshqaruv va operatsion jihatlardan ahamiyatli ekanligini, ayniqsa brending faoliyati, bozor tadqiqotlari, narx belgilash strategiyalari va taqsimot kanallari orqali namoyon bo‘lishini ko‘rsatdi. Shu sababli, mazkur tadqiqot natijalari uzumchilik korxonalari uchun xalqaro bozorlarda eksportni rivojlantirishning yangi yo‘nalishini asoslab berishda foydali bo‘lishi mumkin. <p>Mazkur maqolada aholining daromadlar ierarxiyasida muhim o‘rin tutuvchi o‘rta sinfning shakllanishi, iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy mohiyati yoritib berilgan. Unda o‘rta sinfning bozor munosabatlari rivoji bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi, jamiyat ijtimoiy tuzilmasida kambag‘allar va boylar o‘rtasida barqarorlashtiruvchi omil sifatidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, rivojlangan va o‘tish davridagi mamlakatlarda o‘rta sinfning shakllanish xususiyatlari, uning asosiy belgilari — daromadning jamg‘armaga aylanishi, moliyaviy va moddiy aktivlarning to‘planishi, mulkdorlik va kasbiy malaka bilan bog‘liqligi ochib beriladi. <p>The article examines the concept of smart tourism as a tool for sustainable development of tourist regions in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The relevance of the study is determined by the growth of tourist flows and the increasing risks of overload of tourism infrastructure, particularly in regional and cultural-historical destinations. The purpose of the article is to analyze international experience in the application of smart tourism and to substantiate directions for its adaptation at the regional level. The methodological framework of the study is based on systemic and comparative analysis, as well as index-based and scenario approaches. International models of sustainable tourism development are systematized, and the role of smart tourism in the system of regional tourism governance is identified. The article summarizes quantitative effects of tourism digitalization, including increased efficiency of infrastructure utilization and reduced seasonal volatility of tourist demand. <p>Данная статья посвящена исследованию детерминант, определяющих экономическую результативность «предпринимательского университета», с акцентом на роль научно-исследовательской деятельности профессорско-преподавательского состава как системообразующего фактора институционального развития. В работе используется факторный и корреляционный анализ, позволяющий выявить ключевые параметры научной активности, оказывающие влияние на процессы коммерциализации результатов исследований и формирование устойчивых источников доходов высшего образовательного учреждения. Полученные результаты подтверждают наличие положительной взаимосвязи между уровнем научной продуктивности, объемом привлеченного финансирования и развитием предпринимательской модели университета. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности использования представленных выводов при стратегическом планировании научно-инновационной деятельности вузов, разработке механизмов интеграции научных исследований и предпринимательства, а также в формировании инструментов стимулирования инновационной активности и повышения экономической эффективности университетов.</p>Лямкина Виктория Александровна
