Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada ekonometrik modellar yordamida xorijiy kapital oqimi va mamlakat institutsional tizimi o‘rtasidagi munosabatlar tahlili ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot chet el kapitali mamlakatning iqtisodiy rivojlanishi va boshqaruv dinamikasini tushunish uchun muhim bo‘lgan institutsional asosga qanday ta`sir qilishini tushunishga qaratilgan. Ekonometrik tahlil orqali tadqiqot mamlakatga jalb qilingan xorijiy kapital va uning institutsional tizimining turli o‘lchovlari, jumladan, tartibga solish sifati, qonun ustuvorligi, hukumat samaradorligi va korruptsiyani nazorat qilish o‘rtasidagi sababiy bog‘liqlikni o‘rganadi. Panel ma`lumotlarni tahlil qilish, vaqt seriyali modellashtirish va strukturaviy tenglamalarni modellashtirish kabi ekonometrik usullardan foydalangan holda tadqiqot xorijiy kapital institutsional rivojlanishga ta`sir ko‘rsatadigan muhim mexanizmlarni ochib berishga qaratilgan.
