ECONOMETRIC MODELING OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FOREIGN CAPITAL ATTRACTED TO THE COUNTRY AND THE INSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM

This article analyzes the relationship between the flow of foreign capital and the country`s institutional system using econometric models. The study aims to understand how foreign capital affects the institutional framework, which is important for understanding the economic development and governance dynamics of a country. Through econometric analysis, the study explores the causal relationship between foreign capital attracted to a country and various dimensions of its institutional system, including regulatory quality, rule of law, government efficiency, and corruption control. Using econometric methods such as panel data analysis, time series modeling, and structural equation modeling, the research aims to reveal the important mechanisms by which foreign capital affects institutional development.
