Abstrak

Maqolada menejmentni umumiy maxraj sifatida ishlatib, yakuniy maqsad sanoat o‘tmishining chuqurlashtirilgan yondashuvlaridan, doimiy o‘zgarib turadigan o‘zaro bog'liq dunyoda odamlar va tashkilotlarning ehtiyojlariga mos keladigan insonga yo‘naltirilgan metodologiya paradigmasiga o‘tishni tashkil etish yo‘nalishlari to‘g’risida bahs yuritiladi. Bu inson taraqqiyoti, uning korxona va jamiyatda faol ishtiroki, mas’uliyatli yetakchilik, moliyaviy javobgarlik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyat masalalarini hal qilishda menejment duch keladigan muammolarni turli fanlar g‘oyalarini o‘zaro bog‘lash orqali tushunish va hal qilishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Markazdagi inson paradigmasi orqali global sharoitlar orqali tobora murakkablashib borayotgan muammolarni samarali tashkilotlar, shaffof bozorlar, barqaror iqtisodiyot va inklyuziv jamiyatlarni barpo etishda samarali bo‘lgan ko‘p tarmoqli modellarni o‘rnatish orqali chidamlilikni kuchaytiruvchi yondashuvlarni korxona samaradorligi yo‘lida unumli foydalanish mumkin.
