Abstrak

Мақолада жаҳон мамлкатлари сабзавотлар бозоридаги асосий ривожланиш тенденциялари ўрганилган. Ўзбекистонда ҳам ахолининг сабзавоталар истеъмолини ошириш лозимлигини аниқланган. Ўзбекистон ахолисининг сабзавотлар истеъмолини ўзгариши бўйича SPSS Statistical дастурий пакети асосида тренд моделлар олинган. Олинган тренд моделлар асосида ахолини 2026 йилгача бўлган сабзавотлар истеъмолини  ўзгаришлари прогноз қилинган.
