Abstract

In the scientific article studied the impulse reaction of the effectiveness of remote banking services of commercial banks to the selected factors. According to the results of the analysis, PJSC Trastbank's income from remote banking services has a positive impulse reaction to changes in the number of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals using its remote services, plastic cards issued and installed ATMs and self-Service kiosks using remote banking services. But there was no impulse reaction to the change in the number of installed POS-terminals. The above impulse reaction was also observed in the activity of JSC Turonbank.
