Abstract

Using management as a common denominator, the article explores organizational trends with the ultimate goal of moving from the ingrained approaches of the industrial past to a paradigm of human-centered methodologies that meet the needs of people and organizations in an ever-changing interdependent world. It is important to understand and solve the problems that management faces in addressing issues of human development, its active participation in the life of the enterprise and society, responsible leadership, financial responsibility and social responsibility by combining ideas from different disciplines. With the help of a human-centered paradigm, increasingly complex challenges in a global environment can be used to improve enterprise performance by creating interdisciplinary models that are effective in building efficient organizations, transparent markets, sustainable economies and inclusive societies.
