SANOAT MODERNIZATSIYASINING TASHQI KANALI: UGLEROD CHEGARA MEXANIZMINING NAZARIY TALQINI

Ko‘pgina tadqiqotlarda uglerod chegara moslashuv mexanizmi asosan savdo yuki sifatida baholanadi. Mazkur ishda u sanoat modernizatsiyasining tashqi kanali sifatida modellashtirilgan. Metodologiya sifatida tizimli tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil va tipologik tasniflash qo‘llanilgan. G.Unruh ko‘rsatgan ekzogen kuch vazifasini aynan mazkur kanal bajarishi mumkinligi nazariy jihatdan asoslangan, chunki u ichki siyosiy qarshilikka bo‘ysunmaydi. Kanalning tanlab ta’sir qilishi O‘zbekiston sanoatida tarmoqlararo texnologik tafovut yuzaga keltirishi mumkinligi ilgari surilgan. Ushbu xulosa nazariy taklif bo‘lib, empirik sinovdan o‘tkazilmagan.
