Ushbu maqolada davlat byudjeti taqchilligining mohiyati ochib berilgan va uni moliyalashtirish usullari hamda rivojlanish bosqichlari ko‘rib chiqilmoqda. O'zbekistonda mustaqillikka erishgandan to hozirgi kungacha davlat byudjeti taqchilligi muammosi mavjud. Mamlakatimizda hozirgi vaqtda davlat byudjeti taqchilligini moliyalashtirish uchun asosan davlat tashqi qarzidan foydalanilmoqda. Bu yo'nalishda ichki imkoniyatlardan kam foydalanilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada mamlakatning davlat byudjeti taqchilligini kamaytirishning hozirgi holatiga muallif (baho) evolyutsiyasini inobatga olgan holda qiyosiy tahlil usulidan foydalanilgan.
