Shuningdek, moliyaviy barqarorlikni taʼminlash tadbirkorlik subʼyektlarining majburiyatlari boʻyicha toʻlovlarni oʻz vaqtida va toʻliq amalga oshirish imkonini beradi. Maqolada xo'jalik yurituvchi sub'ektlarning moliyaviy barqarorligini ta'minlash bilan bog'liq dolzarb muammolar belgilab berilgan va ushbu muammolarni hal qilishga qaratilgan ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
