Abstrak

Turizm xizmatlar sifatini yaxshilash va uni boshqarishning iqtisodiy mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqish hozirgi yangilanayotgan O‘zbekiston uchun muxim axamiyat kasb etadi. Xizmatlar sifatini oshirishda asosiy va qoshimcha xizmatlarga e’tiborni qaratish va iste’molchilar (turistlar) kutgan xizmatlarni o‘z vaqtida taqdim qilish muxim axamiyatga ega bo‘lib bu mavjud iste’molchilar bazasini takomillashtirish va yangi mijozlar oqimini olib kelishga asosiy sabab bo‘ladi.
