Mazkur tadqiqotda hududiy sanoat klasterlarida innovatsion rivojlanish strategiyalarini takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlarini nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Klaster ichidagi, hududiy hamda institutsional va global strategiyalar tizimlashtirildi. Bilim almashinuvi, raqamli transformatsiya, koopetitsiya, strategik liderlik va institutsional qo‘llab-quvvatlashning innovatsion rivojlanishga ta’siri baholandi. Natijalar strategik choralar o‘zaro muvofiqlashtirilgan holda amalga oshirilganda innovatsion salohiyat, resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligi va raqobatbardoshlik oshganini ko‘rsatdi. Klaster boshqaruvi salohiyatini rivojlantirish, raqamli boshqaruv vositalarini kengaytirish, hududiy hamkorlikni kuchaytirish hamda innovatsion strategiyalarni amaliyotga izchil tatbiq etish bo‘yicha ilmiy xulosalarni shakllantirdi. Taklif etilgan uch darajali tasnif rivojlanayotgan sanoat klasterlari uchun amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
