В этом исследовании рассматриваются эффективные стратегии управления сопротивлением сотрудников и стрессом, связанным с работой, во время организационных изменений. В исследовании рассматриваются ключевые проблемы с которыми организации сталкиваются при управлении изменениями, путем изучения лидерства, коммуникации, программ оздоровления сотрудников и адаптивных методов управления персоналом. В этом исследовании используется систематизированная литература. Обзор (SLR) - подход, позволяющий обобщить существующие исследования по управлению персоналом в период организационных изменений. В исследовании анализируются эмпирические данные и теоретические основы для определения стратегий, которые снижают сопротивление и стресс при организационных преобразованиях. В исследовании подчеркивается важнейшая роль трансформационного лидерства, прозрачной коммуникации и оздоровительных программ для сотрудников в снижении сопротивления и управлении стрессом, связанным с работой. В нем показано, как четкая коммуникация и инклюзивное лидерство способствуют повышению квалификации сотрудников. вовлеченность и адаптивность. Исследование также подчеркивает важность практик управления персоналом, таких как гибкое управление эффективностью и HR-аналитика, для обеспечения плавных переходов. Результаты исследования содержат практические рекомендации для организаций по внедрению комплексных стратегий, уделяющих приоритетное внимание благополучию и вовлеченности сотрудников во время изменений.
