Abstract

Fiscal policy mechanisms are mainly used to manage inequality. On the one hand, the mechanism of tax policy is used: progressive taxation of income, the transition of taxation from labor income to capital income, to income from property, etc. activities. Social production and social goods, some of which are used to a greater extent by the poor.
