Abstract

Mazkur maqolada coworking sohasida isteʼmolchilar xulq-atvorini inobatga olishning zamonaviy yoʻnalishlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi — coworking isteʼmolchisi xulq-atvorining nazariy asoslarini umumlashtirish va jahon ilmiy tajribasini Oʻzbekiston bozoriga moslashtirish imkoniyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. Qiyosiy tahlil, tasniflash va kontent-tahlil usullari qoʻllanildi. “Uchinchi joy”, “Yolgʻiz, ammo birga ishlash”, sotsiomateriallik, oʻz taqdirini belgilash hamda birgalikda qiymat yaratish nazariyalari tizimlashtirildi. AQSh, Yevropa va Osiyo maktablarining yondashuvlari qiyoslanib, isteʼmolchi xulq-atvorini inobatga olishning yetti zamonaviy yoʻnalishi ajratildi. Xorijiy yondashuvlarning Oʻzbekiston sharoitiga moslik darajasi baholanib, mahalliy operatorlar uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
