Modern business operates in conditions of complexity, uncertainty and dynamic changes in the
external environment. The sources of uncertainty are diverse and are related to the influence of a
number of factors both inside and outside the organization. does not mean that it can work without
a plan. In this regard, the importance of developing strategy and strategic planning is currently
increasing not only for large, but also for medium-sized companies, as well as for small businesses.
