Mazkur maqolada global oziq-ovqat inqirozining sabablari, oqibatlari hamda uni yumshatish yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda urushlar, iqlim o‘zgarishlari va iqtisodiy shoklar kabi asosiy omillar oziq-ovqat xavfsizligiga qanday tahdid solayotgani yoritilgan. Statistika va xalqaro hisobotlar asosida mavjud vaziyatga baho berilib, inqirozni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha tizimli yondashuvlar ilgari surilgan. Jumladan, qishloq xo‘jaligini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va investitsion dasturlarni kengaytirish kabi chora-tadbirlar taklif etilgan. Maqola oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda mahalliy va xalqaro darajadagi strategik rejalashtirish zarurligini asoslaydi.
