PROSPECTS FOR IMPROVING THE EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF HIGHER EDUCATION ON POVERTY REDUCTION

The article examines many methods of assessing the impact of the higher education system on reducing poverty in the regions, and describes the conceptual mechanism of social development, existing imbalances, the assessment and forecasting of the unevenness of the socio-economic development of the regions based on the inefficient system of formation and adoption of management decisions at different levels of the hierarchy, and the stages of its operation.
