In this article, there is a growing stable real demand for the formation of tourist complexes, the use of tourist products and services, the necessary infrastructure for the formation of a tourist complex, improving the efficiency of the management of the complex, the organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of innovative management of tourist enterprises in the regions, analysis of, in assessing the effectiveness of management of tourist enterprises operating in the structure of tourist complexes, the amount is devoted to the issue of comparative comparison of indicators.
