Requirements for information security and reliable operation of systems do not become obsolete. On the contrary, the demand for them has increased and has become a problem that does not lose its relevance. It's no secret that the fault tolerance of large software systems is of great importance, especially when they are online. The presented article is devoted to these issues and a model is proposed for evaluating software quality indicators under failure conditions.
