Abstract

The article provides information about the emergence and development of e-commerce, the prerequisites for the development of e-business, the main stages in the development of e-business, the specifics of doing business in the Internet economy. The main issues of development of innovative forms of e-commerce are considered. The characteristics of the main categories of e-commerce are described, as well as a general analysis of the development of e-commerce in the country and in the world today.
