Abstract

The article examines the research of a number of scientists on the role of venture capital and innovation in the innovative development of a transforming economy. Sources, functions and specific characteristics of venture capital are presented. A SWOT analysis of the formation of venture investments in the innovative development of the economy in Uzbekistan and ensuring their effectiveness was made.
