ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY FOR QUALIFIED PERSONNEL

Abstract

This article analyzes the needs of the republic in tourist personnel. Forecasting the needs for personnel for the tourism industry is necessary to address social issues, ensure employment of the population and create new jobs. It is convenient to combine these data with the prospects for the development of the tourism industry through state and regional programs. At the same time, these plans should be an integral part of the employment policy of the population within the framework of the state program for the socio-economic development of the regions of the republic. Such a systematic approach allows you to accurately and rationally implement the forecasts of the needs of professional subjects of tourism.
