In this article, as a new direction of approaches in the management system from the point of view of management accounting, it refers to the control over the performance of functions and strict compliance by employees to the instructions of the superior leader, in the process approach, control of the work performed (functions) is not the technology of execution, but the final result. is to do. In order to make operational, tactical and strategic management decisions, the specific features of economic activity processes were considered based on the requirements of the company's management.
