The article examines the theoretical views on increasing the competitiveness of construction industry enterprises through clustering and using its organizational and economic mechanism. Also, the factors affecting the effectiveness of the organizational-economic mechanism of the construction industry enterprise have been identified. The theoretical essence of these influencing factors has been studied.
