FORESIGHT AS A TOOL FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of the article is to consider foresight methodology as a modern and effective tool that promotes strategic management of innovation development. We focused on the analysis of the main approaches and tools of foresight, their applicability in various areas of innovation, as well as examples of successful applications in foreign countries. The final part of this article presents the problems of developing foresight methodology and the prospects for its use in Uzbekistan.
