IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT OF LOGISTICS SYSTEMS IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD

The article examines the issues of improving the mechanisms for managing logistics systems in the construction industry. Reflecting the results of various studies, foreign and domestic scientists presented some concepts of the activity of the industry and related to it, and an author's definition was developed. Based on the indicators of the activities of a large construction enterprise for 2014-2021, in which multi-factor models based on factors affecting the improvement of Management in logistics in the construction sector were selected, a multi-factor model in non-linear linkage was developed. In the course of the study, an integrated organizational and economic mechanism for managing logistic business processes of a construction cluster was developed, which expands the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the process of managing the movement of material and information flows in the activities of regional construction clusters.[4]
