This article analyzes the emergence of digital banks and the importance of digitization of bank operations, the experience of developed countries, some existing problems in the transformation and digitization of banks, and the current situation. The results of this research consist of studying the current state of digitization of banks and banking services, drawing conclusions from the results and developing scientific proposals.
