Abstract

The article provides detailed definitions of the scientific foundations for the effective organization of innovative activities, as well as promising areas of innovative development in the activities of “BMAX BUILDING MATERIALS” LLC. The problems associated with the development of innovative activity at the enterprises of the construction industry were also studied and a management model for ensuring competitiveness was developed.
