Abstract

In this article, in the context of the tax reforms carried out today in our republic, the existing types of taxes, in particular, the procedure for determining the base of personal income tax and its characteristics, the types of factors affecting the base, in addition, the existing problems are identified based on in-depth analyzes and the necessary proposals are made.
