Abstract

This article examines the theoretical aspects of employment in rural areas by improving the use of human resources on the basis of digitization of the economy, analyze comparatively the experience of digital HR and employment development in foreign countries and Uzbekistan. The possibility of providing employment of the population in the rural regions has been identified according to taken results and its ways of implementing have been proposed analytically.
