Abstract

This article was prepared as part of a social survey on the management of the housing stock, which was conducted among residents of multi-storey buildings located in the city of Tashkent. As a result of the analysis of the practical aspects of the introduction of modern quality management in the management of the housing stock and the regulation of the activities of homeowners, scientific proposals and recommendations for improving the housing stock management system have been developed.
