Abstract

Today, companies are showing great interest in IPOs as an alternative to raising capital for expansion. This article discusses the stages of evolution of the global IPO market, its current state, and development trends in the IPO market in adverse economic conditions caused by the global financial and economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. The article also reveals the essence of SPACs, which are increasingly becoming a trend in the IPO market.
