Abstract

The article deals with the problem of how to effectively manage the process of managing the building complex in modern conditions, give brief definitions and views on the building complex. The regional construction network is considered as one of the main drivers of the economy. At the same time, the author gave the need to create a cluster model for the effective management of the construction complex of the region, as well as suggestions and opinions on its creation.
